Access to practice question banks, study guides, and library resources is strictly for individual use by the registered account holder. Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized redistribution of platform content is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination without a refund.

3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

PEBC MCQ Prep is an independent, privately operated educational platform, operated globally, including in India. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC). PEBC is a trademark of its owner. Official exam registration and resources are available only through the official registry at pebc.ca.

4. Educational Content & Guidelines

Our practice questions and rationales are regularly updated according to Canadian therapeutic guidelines (RxTx, CTS, Diabetes Canada, Hypertension Canada, NAPRA). However, all materials are designed solely for examination practice and do not constitute formal medical or clinical advice.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability, but reserve the right to perform scheduled system maintenance, update question banks, or modify features without prior notice.
